Privacy Policy

Wance is a personal budgeting app that helps you manage budgets, track spending and income, and understand your daily allowance.

We designed Wance to collect as little personal information as possible.

Your Data

Wance may store information you enter into the app, such as:

• Budgets
• Expenses and income
• Categories
• Budget settings
• Saved transactions
• Savings achievements

This information is primarily stored on your device.

Wance does not connect to your bank account and does not require your banking credentials.

iCloud

If you enable iCloud sync, your Wance data may be stored in your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit service.

This data is associated with your Apple Account and is handled according to Apple's privacy terms.

Purchases

Wance uses Apple's In-App Purchase system for subscriptions and purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Wance also uses RevenueCat to manage subscription access and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process limited purchase and technical information needed for this purpose, including subscription status, purchase history, transaction information, and an anonymous or app-specific identifier.

Category Suggestions

Wance may suggest expense categories based on information you enter.

These suggestions are processed on your device using Apple's language-processing technologies. Your transaction text is not sent to an external AI service for this feature.

Widgets

If you use a Wance widget, limited budget information may be made available to the widget so it can display your budget status on your device.

Analytics and Advertising

Wance does not sell your personal information.

Wance does not use your budgeting data for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Wance does not intentionally collect your precise location, contacts, banking credentials, or browsing history.

Support

If you contact us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details.

We use this information only to respond to your request and improve Wance.

Data Deletion

Your locally stored Wance data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app.

Data synced with iCloud may remain in your private iCloud database until it is deleted through Wance or through your Apple/iCloud account.

Purchase and subscription information may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including access, correction, or deletion.

Most Wance data can be managed directly inside the app or through your Apple/iCloud settings.
